Return & Refund Policy

The return request must be made within 3 business days from the order received date. Once your request has been processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email.

  • The return item must be handed over to the courier company within 3 business days upon absolutehone’s approval of your request

  • Kindly attach a single photo which includes: absolutehone packaging + Consignment note + Product + Sales Invoice

  • The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received where packaging is unopened, unused, unmarked, and not disfigured in any way

  • Any item(s) purchased as part of a set or a multi-item pack must be returned as a whole set

  • Any item(s) purchased from Clearance Sales, or promotional campaign (e.g. AnniversarySale, X'MAS sale, or Double Day, subject to campaign T&C) are not eligible for return and exchange.

  • Any shipping costs associated with the return of the item(s) will NOT be covered by absolutehone

  • The Customer shall be responsible for the risks and condition of the returned item until it reaches us. absolutehone will not be liable for any damage or loss of the product prior to absolutehone receiving it

  • The customer is advised to pack the returned item securely to avoid any damages to the item, shipping box, or its original packaging

  • For refunds, you will be credited with the full value of the voucher, excluding the shipping fee and voucher used.

  • Any items returned without absolutehone’s approval will not be accepted, refunded, or returned to the sender

  • Please be advised that absolutehonetracks all returns for return abuse and reserves the right to regulate the number of exchanges or returns at any time.

  • absolutehone will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit.

Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 7 days after the confirmation
